Frank T. Masiello - Founder & ceo
Frank began his career carrying lunches for Van Der Moolen Specialists in early 2002.
By 2007, at age 23, Frank earned his seat as a Specialist and Member of the NYSE. Through acquisitions he spent close to 15 years as a Specialist/DMM for Lehman Brothers, Barclays, and GTS.
In 2016, Frank left the DMM side of the business to launch the GTS agency execution business while acting as Head of Execution Services and serving as a Floor Broker at the NYSE.
In June of 2018, Frank acquired Bowers Securities and established TradeMas Inc. and began offering clients unrivaled floor execution and information, leveraging years of experience on both sides of the NYSE ecosystem.
While trading and running the business, Frank simultaneously studied Computer Science at Columbia University in the evenings.
In July of 2019, TradeMas expanded its services and launched the options execution business.
Thea Francesca d'adamo
Thea joined the firm in July of 2019, as TradeMas initially launched its options executions business. Thea brought with her a decade of experience trading on the AMEX floor, and an impressive knowledge of market/fee structures. Thea quickly grew TradeMas' options business to become a major player in the on-exchange options trading community.
